Scrutiny Boot Camps
Scrutiny Boot Camps are held quarterly and are your chance to tell us what's working, what's not and what we can do better. They are held in partnership with the Sutton Federation of Tenant and Resident Associations (SFTRA).
Boot camps are open to all SHP residents - tenants and leaseholders - and are attended by senior SHP management and colleagues from our repairs partner Mears. We cover issues including:
- Repairs
- Anti-social behaviour
- Out of hours services for residents
- Fly tipping
- Communal area maintenance
- Housing for older people
- Our community hubs
Lunch and refreshments are provided, and plenty of opportunity to talk to us and your fellow residents about the issues affecting you. Free transportation can be arranged and we can discuss child care options if required.
