Independent Living schemes
We have a range of Independent Living schemes across the borough for residents aged 55 and over.
What our schemes provide
Our schemes provide the following services:
- specialist housing management staff (Independent Living Officers)
- a 24-hour alarm call system linked to a call centre
- communal lounges (not at all schemes)
- planned health and wellbeing events
- guest rooms for hire (Milton House and Crownbourne Court)
What residents can do in our schemes
Residents in our Independent Living schemes can:
- live independently
- be safe and secure
- have guests overnight.
