Independent Officer talking with resident Independent Living Officers are available Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. If they are on leave or unavailable another member of staff will be available.

Independent Living Officers provide:

  • regular welfare checks
  • weekly drop-in sessions
  • advice, information and guidance
