SHP New Deal ICT and Digital Programme Lead
Salary: £54,695 to £63,181

Sutton Housing Partnership (established in 2006) manages council housing in Sutton. We are revolutionising the way SHP communicates and engages with its employees, stakeholders and customers across all channels enhancing our reputation as a great service provider and employer of choice. Working in this role means that you play a key role in supporting this transformation to our new operating model under our SHP New Deal Programme.
We aim to bring investment and improvements to homes and communities across the borough. We are responsible for the day-to-day management of housing services to around 6,000 council tenants and 1,500 leaseholders.
In this new role - as a senior member of the Operations Management Team and part of the Senior Strategic Leadership team for SHP - you will lead an integrated change management programme within the Operations Directorate, and will be business digital and ICT lead for all services within the directorate including repairs, people and place, planning and delivery and home ownership.
You need to be able to deliver first class change management, through the SHP change management methodology, to facilitate customer driven service delivery which is future proofed, addresses ICT requirements, measurement and satisfaction. You will have an excellent knowledge of the business requirements of a social housing operations service including experience of Northgate, and/or other housing management systems, and use of analytics to support service delivery and predictive behaviour models.
You will listen to tenants and leaseholders and work collaboratively to reshape operations services, and influence the service improvement and VFM of services, secure resident engagement opportunities that will scrutinise and challenge costs, service delivery and quality, inspire managers to innovate, empower and equip their staff to support the change management programme and culture change and build strong partnerships across our People and Place, Planning and Delivery Teams to ensure that effective digital and ICT practices are individual and company priorities.
