Health and wellbeing
We run several initiatives to support our residents to maintain and improve all aspects of their health and wellbeing. This includes access to affordable food and healthy eating, welfare and benefit advice services and programmes to improve your physical activity and mental fitness.

We are working in partnership with Sutton Uplift to run a number of free wellbeing workshops for SHP residents, covering areas such as:
- self-care and relaxation

- improving your sleep
- coping with long-term health conditions
All workshops are free to SHP residents and are run virtually.
