Solar Panel Scam Alert!
Scammers are impersonating Sutton Housing Partnership Staff and requesting deposits for solar panels. Our genuine scheme involves an initial phone call to eligible residents. We will NEVER ask for an upfront payment.
If in doubt, you can call our customer services team to check if someone is due at your home on 0208 915 2000, or report it to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 or online at actionfraud.police.uk.
How we communicate with residents
On social media, we will only communicate through the official Sutton Housing Partnership account.
For home visits, all Sutton Housing Partnership appointed contractors will make an appointment with you prior to visiting your home. Our contractors carry ID, and you should ask them to see it. If you want to verify any of our staff or contractors, please call us on 020 8915 2000.
