On behalf of MTD Housing we would like to welcome you and your family to Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP), we are excited to have you with us.
Our welcome letter and the information pack that you will receive over the next few days is an introduction to us, the services that we provide and how you can contact us. Here at SHP we are committed to working together to deliver homes and communities where residents feel happy and secure. We will to provide you with day to day management of your property services, repairs, maintenance of communal areas and general tenancy management.

Our 100 day promise to you outlines what you can expect from us over the next 100 days, this will include a visit to every resident, removal of graffiti from communal areas, replanting of garden areas and tackle flytipping in your area.
